Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At HARA Reiki, your time and energy are valued - and the same care is given to the scheduling of each session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another client in need.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full deposit. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened out of respect for the next client though the full session fee will still apply.

In the rare event that I need to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available time that suits your schedule.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

  • What should I wear?

    Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best.

  • Do I have to believe in Reiki for it to work?

    Not at all. Reiki is non-denominational and does not require belief to be effective.

  • What will I feel during a session?

    Depending on one's sensitivity, everyone’s experience is different. You may feel warmth, a sense of being cold, tingling, calmness or simply fall asleep. Whatever happens is okay.

Reiki is a gentle, safe practice that meets you where you are. Each session is designed to support your body and nervous system in by settling, releasing tension, and returning to balance - so you can simply show up and be yourself.
